Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Build and grow a network of brokers, realtors, and real estate investors
  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of loan originations
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed production goals
  • Identify new opportunities and guide prospects through the sales cycle
  • Master our suite of Fix and Flip / RTL products and communicate their value to clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and support LendSure's mission of delivering excellence

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in real estate lending or investment
  • Background in real estate, Fix and Flip, property management, or ground-up construction
  • Proven ability to originate, prospect, and close new business
  • Strong knowledge of loan origination and underwriting processes
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
