Job Summary:

As a Marketing Associate, you'll support LendSure's marketing initiatives by helping plan, execute, and measure campaigns that build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth. This role is intentionally designed as a career entry point into LendSure and offers hands-on exposure to multiple areas of modern marketing.

You'll gain experience across content, digital marketing, data analysis, social media, and cross-functional collaboration-setting you up for future advancement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Support: Help create, schedule, and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and company websites.
• Market Research: Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Data & Reporting: Track performance metrics (KPIs) and build reports to measure campaign success.
• Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and contribute ideas to grow LendSure's online presence.
• Event Coordination: Assist with planning and executing marketing events and initiatives.
• Administrative Support: Handle general tasks that keep the marketing team organized and moving forward.
