Annual Salary Range: $110k - $165k plus annual discretionary bonus.

The Role

As Manager of Encompass, you'll own and elevate our Encompass platform. You'll partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and support company growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you'll lead Encompass strategy, configuration, support, and enhancements-making sure the platform works smarter, faster, and better for everyone.

What You'll Do

• Be the go-to expert for the Encompass platform
• Lead day-to-day administration: users, security, personas, workflows, and system configuration
• Design and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce friction
• Manage updates, testing, releases, and ongoing enhancements
• Translate business needs into smart, scalable Encompass solutions
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to deliver impactful projects on time
• Monitor integrations and system performance
• Document processes and recommend best practices
• Train, mentor, and support users and team members
• Help drive the long-term Encompass roadmap

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years in the mortgage industry
• Strong understanding of Encompass administration and configuration
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical users
• Experience supporting applications, systems, and users

Ideal Candidate

• Deep knowledge of Encompass (personas, business rules, forms, templates, eFolder, reports)
• Strong understanding of the loan lifecycle
• Analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and help desk requests
• Strong customer service mindset

Bonus Points

• Experience with Ellie Mae portals (TPO / Consumer Connect)
• Optimal Blue integration experience
• Encompass certification
• Light scripting or programming experience (C#, VB)
• Advanced Excel skills
